Meet the Founder

Kyara Bryant, RN, BSN
Kyara Bryant is a Registered Nurse, survivor, and transformational speaker who turned her pain into purpose. While earning her undergraduate degree, she endured years of domestic violence and generational trauma — experiences that gave birth to EmpowerU.

As both a healthcare professional and a woman who’s walked through the fire, Kyara brings compassion, lived experience, and real-world tools to every space she enters. She created EmpowerU to be the safe space she once needed — a place where survivors feel seen, supported, and empowered to rise.

Our Mission

EmpowerU helps survivors of domestic violence heal, reclaim their power, and rewrite their story through trauma-informed mentorship, education, and purpose-driven support.

We walk alongside women as they rise from survival to strength — equipping them with real tools, compassionate guidance, and the belief that they are never alone.

Mission
