About EmpowerU
EmpowerU is a trauma-informed, healing-centered initiative designed to help survivors of domestic violence reclaim their power, rewrite their story, and rise into their next chapter. We provide mentorship, life tools, and individualized programming that support every step of a survivor’s journey — from crisis to confidence.
We exist for everyone who’s ever felt stuck, silenced, or forgotten. At EmpowerU, we don’t just offer services — we offer transformation. Whether it’s helping a student recognize the red flags of emotional abuse, connecting a survivor to safe housing, or walking beside someone through the process of rebuilding their life — our mission is clear:
to meet survivors where they are offering tools, guidance, and belief so they can heal, reclaim their voice, and thrive into the life they were always worthy of living.

Meet the Founder
Kyara Bryant, Founder/CEO
Kyara Bryant is a Registered Nurse, survivor, and transformational speaker who turned her pain into purpose. While earning her undergraduate degree, she endured years of domestic violence, silence, and generational trauma — a journey that shaped her calling and gave birth to EmpowerU.
EmpowerU is a trauma-informed initiative created to help women heal, reclaim their power, and rewrite their story. As both a healthcare professional and a woman who has risen from the ashes of her own pain, Kyara brings deep compassion, lived experience, and real-world tools to every space she enters — from college campuses and conferences to mentorship circles and healing workshops.
